Before installation, operation, maintenance, or inspection of this product, thoroughly read through and understand this manual and all of the associated manuals. Also, take care to handle the module properly and safely.

Make sure to have the following safety circuits outside of the PLC to ensure safe system operation even during external power supply problems or PLC failure.

1. An emergency stop circuit, a protection circuit, an interlock circuit for opposite movements, and an interlock circuit (to prevent damage to the equipment at the upper and lower positioning limits).
1. Note that when the PLC CPU detects an error, such as a watchdog timer error, during self-diagnosis, all outputs are turned off. Also, when an error that couldnot be detected by the PLC CPU occurs in an input/output control block, output control may be disabled. External circuits and mechanisms should be designed to ensure safe machinery operation in such a case.
1. Note that when an error occurs in a relay or transistor output device, the output could be held either on or off. For output signals that may lead to serious accidents, external circuits and mechanisms should be designed to ensure safe machinery operation in such a case.

Use the product within the generic environment specifications described in this manual. Never use the product in areas with excessive dust, oily smoke, conductive dusts, corrosive gas, flammable gas, vibration or impacts, or expose it to high temperature, condensation (extreme humidity), or rain, and strong wind. If the product is used in such conditions, electric shock, fire, malfunctions, deterioration or damage may occur.

When drilling screw holes or wiring, make sure that cutting and wiring debris does not enter the ventilation slits. Failure to do so may cause fire, equipment failures or malfunctions.

Connect the expansion module, expansion board, and cable securely to their designated connectors. Loose connections may cause malfunctions.

* To prevent temperature rise, do not install at the bottom, top and vertical. Be sure to install to wall horizontally as shown below.
* Please leave more than 50mm space between PLC CPU and other equipment or structures. Try to avoid high-voltage cables, high-voltage devices, and power equipment.

1. PLC signal input and output could not be passed on the same cable;
1. Signal input cable and output cable could not be in the same pipe with another power cable, could not be bundled together;
1. If the above precautions are followed, the input / output wiring will have almost no noise even with a length of 50 to 100 m. However, it is recommended that the wiring length should be within 20m;

1. Before installation, wiring and other operations, cut off all phases of the power supply externally. Failure to do so may cause electric shock;
1. After installation, wiring and other work, the terminal cover must be installed in order to avoid electric shock, before the power operation;
1. Connect the AC power supply wiring to the dedicated terminals described in this manual. If an AC power supply is connected to a DC input/output terminal or DC power supply terminal, the PLC will burn out;
1. Do not supply power to the [24+] and [24V] terminals (24V DC service power supply) on the main unit or extension units. Doing so may cause damage to the product;
1. Perform grounding to the grounding terminal on the main unit and extension units. Do not use common grounding with heavy electrical systems;
1. When there is less than 10ms instantaneous power failure, PLC will continue to work;
1. When the power is cut off or the voltage is low for a long time, the PLC will stop working and the output will turn off. However, once the power is restored, the operation will restart automatically;

1. Periodic inspection: PLC is equipped with shorter life expectancy consumables;
1. For relay output, if it has high frequency of abnormal work or it drives large capacity load, please pay attention to its impact on PLC service life.
1. Check with other equipment, please note the following points
1. Is there any abnormal temperature rise due to other heating bodies or direct sunlight?
1. Is dust or conductive dust invading the machine?
1. Is there any wiring and terminal loosening and other anomalies
