1.Introduction

Industrial washing machines are suitable for washing cotton, wool, chemical fiber, silk and other clothing fabrics. Water mill washing machines are used in garment factories to wash jeans, silk and other clothing.  Industrial washing machines are suitable for hotels, restaurants, hospitals, schools, factories and other fields. They can meet the requirements of large-capacity laundry, greatly reduce labor intensity and improve work efficiency.

2.Industrial Overview

A. System composition

  • Time control system: It is composed of computer panel, chip, program software, sensor (temperature, motor overload detection), etc.
  • Barrel body: It is welded with stainless steel plate, used to hold washing water, connected with water inlet pipe and drain valve, etc.
  • Drum: It is made of high-quality stainless steel plate, and the drum wall is equipped with overflow holes and bucket ribs.
  • Transmission body: It is composed of inverter, motor, pulley, triangular belt and bearing seat, etc.
  • Shock absorber: It is composed of compression spring, pull rod, hook, fixed support and damper to reduce vibration amplitude.
  • Machine door: The door body is made of stainless steel, and a rubber sealing ring is installed in the door, which is sealed with the barrel body during operation. A linkage switch is installed in the door lock to ensure that the door will not be opened during the operation of the machine, ensuring the safety of the operator.
  • Water inlet pipe: A solenoid valve is installed on the water inlet pipe.
  • Drain valve: The opening and closing of the drain valve is controlled by a solenoid valve.
  • Heater: This machine has two heating methods, one is steam heating and the other is electric heating.

B. Process flow

The process flow of the industrial washing machine: add water for washing, run forward and reverse alternately for 15-20 minutes, drain water after washing, add water twice (rinse), and then enter the uniform distribution stage. After the uniform distribution is completed, enter the high-speed spin state, including high-speed spin 1, high-speed spin 2, high-speed spin 3 and other three stages. After high-speed spin 3 is completed, the inverter controls the motor to decelerate and stop.
