1. Introduction

The automatic two-core DC soldering machine is a machine for stripping the head and tail of the DC wire, stripping the core, tinning, soldering, and conducting testing. It is widely used in audio charging lines. As shown in the figure below:

2. Process requirements

  1. Send the wire. First get a head length, and then clamp the head length through the rotating mechanism, then get the tail length, and rotate at the same time as the tail. Need to cooperate with the speed. Cut off after the tail is finished. Put it on the outlet slot of the chain.
  2. Peel the skin. Peel off the outer skin on both ends of the head/tail.
  3. Peel the inner skin of the tail. Peel off the inner skin of the tail.
  4. leveling to find the color. It is necessary to level the core by vision, and then turn it at an angle.
  5. Peel the inner skin of the head, peel off the inner skin of the head
  6. Tail dip tin. Tin the inner core of the tail.
  7. Solder the tip. The inner core of the head is subjected to the action of soldering the terminal.
  8. Conduction detection. Check the good and bad products of the continuity of the head and tail.
  9. Mechanical hand. Put the good products in the position of the good products, and put the bad products in the bad position.

3. Solution

The control system mainly adopts the maintenance control touch screen PI3070ie, and the PLC host adopts the maintenance control host LX5V-3624MT+LX3V-4PGB+LX3VEYT*3+VD1 (400W servo)

4. Advantages

The processing speed and stripping length can be debugged and controlled by the touch screen. The maintenance method is simple and fast, and ordinary employees can also complete the equipment maintenance work. The processing is precise and in place, and the length of wire cutting and stripping is accurate. Do not damage the wire, do not expose the wire, and the riveting pressure is firmly in place to prevent the terminal from falling off.
