1 Introduction

This round bottle labeling machine realizes labeling or filming on the circumferential surface of cylindrical and conical products, such as glass bottles, plastic bottles, etc. It can realize the functions of circle, half circle, double-sided circle, circle positioning and labeling.

2 Process requirements

After the bottle separating mechanism separates the product, the sensor detects the passing of the product and sends a signal back to the labeling control system. The control system controls the motor at the appropriate position to send out the label and attach it to the position where the product is to be labelled, and the product flows through the label. The device, the label-covering belt drives the product to rotate, the label is rolled, and the sticking action of a label is completed.
