Essential Information for V-NET EU Server Upgrade?

  1. V-net V2.0 is not an iteration of V-net V1.0, and there may be differences in certain features and interfaces. Some data may not be transferable to the new V-net V2.0 platform. (For details, please refer to the Feature Comparison Table) Please remember to back up important data.
  2. The upgrade process will be executed at 00:00 on December 10, 2025 (GMT+8) . At that time, EU V-net 1.0 platform (eu.v-box.net) will suspend login access,waiting for upgrade process finish.It is expected to take approximately 48 hours to complete, with a maximum duration of 96 hours.
  3. After Upgrade, please ensure to use the updated software or same domain to access the V-net 2.0 platform and its devices.(Download link will coming soon)
  4. Once the upgradation is complete, if your devices offline. Please manually reboot the devices under your account to bring them back online.
  5. Additionally, we will clear accounts that have not logged in for over 90 days and are not bound to any device at 00:00 (UTC+8) on November 20, 2025.
