2.05 Alarm Managment
Alarm management: Also known as global alarm management, it consists of current alarm summary and historical alarm summary.
It is used to view the summary of real-time alarms and historical alarms of all devices under the account, integrate data display, and unified management of alarm processing operations, providing users with a variety of alarm trend charts.

2.5.1 Current alarm summary
2.5.1.1 Visual data chart
(1) Alarm summary(Top 10)
A comparison chart of the number of alarms for all devices under the statistical account displays the top ten devices, allowing users to quickly understand where the "big players" who generate alarms appear.

(2) Alarm Yesterday/Today
The trend charts of alarm data generated "all day yesterday" and "before this time today" are respectively displayed in different colors. You can quickly compare the alarm generation situation at the same time two days ago and today, and understand when the peak and trough of alarm generation occurred.

(3) Charting tool

Move the mouse over each item in the chart to see the number of alarms, and some chart tools are provided in the upper right corner of the chart:
- Zoom in/out: Click the icon
to designate a certain area in the chart for scaling. Click the icon
to restore the zoom. - Dynamic type switching: Click the icon
to switch the current chart type to a bar chart. Click the icon
to switch the current chart type to a line chart. - Undo: Click the icon
to restore the original shape of the icon.
2.5.1.2 Real-time alarm
The table below the current alarm summary shows the real-time alarm (unconfirmed) records of all devices under the current account, supporting the search function of time, device, device type, and alarm level (V-Box type).
The table initially displays the real-time alarm records of V-Box devices. You can click the "Device Type" switch button
to switch.

Click the "Device" input box above the table to select the device.

2.5.2 History alarm summary
2.5.2.1 Visual data chart
(1) Alarm trend in the last 12 months
Count the total number of alarms in each of the last 12 natural months, draw a continuous trend chart, and find out in which month the peak and trough of alarm generation occurred.

(2) Alarm trend in the last month
Count the number of alarms in the past 31 days to quickly compare the number of alarms generated each day.

2.5.2.2 History alarm list
The "History Alarm" table at the bottom of the historical alarm summary page summarizes the historical alarm (confirmed) records of all devices under the account, and supports query functions by time, device, device type, and alarm level (V-Box).
Click [Device Name] to jump to the device management page of the corresponding device; support viewing of alarm record details, alarm record conversion to ticket, and viewing of ticket details.
The table data initially displays the history alarm records of V-Box. You can click the "Device Type" switch button to switch.
