2.14 Value-added Services（Coming soon）

The value-added service supports users to view and operate the points package purchased under the current account, and provides two modules: [Points Package] and [Order Management].

The Points Package module supports functions such as [Points Recharge], [Points Renewal], [Points View] and [Redemption Code Use]. The [Order Management] module is a detailed record of the [Recharge] and [Renewal] operations of the Points Package.

Points: This point is [Extended Points], which can be viewed under [Device Management->Basic Configuration->Data Limit], as shown in the figure below.

Information

1. Only V-Box has [Points], and points are divided into three types: [Real-time], [Alarm], and [History].
2. Points are divided into [Default Points] and [Extended Points]. The points recharged or renewed by users are [Extended Points] and [Default Points]. The configuration of [Default Points] is under [Business Platform Super Management Account->Device Management->Points List]. For specific operations, please refer to [4.2.5 Points List], as shown in the figure below.

2.14.1 Points Package

This module supports functions such as [Recharge], [Renewal], [View] and [Redemption Code Use] for points.

Information

1. Recharge and renewal are for the same type of monitoring point, and you need to pay the fees for all monitoring point extension packages of the same type at the same time.
2. After clicking [Go to Pay] for recharge and renewal, the QR code is only valid for fifteen minutes. During the validity period, you can enter [Order Management] to continue payment. After the time expires, the QR code will be invalid and you need to initiate payment again.
3. The maximum recharge and renewal time is 365 days, and once the virtual product recharge is completed, it will not be returned for refund.

A device can cancel an order or overdue order up to three times a day, and it will prompt that the limit has been reached after three times.

2.14.1.1 Recharge

This page supports batch recharge of device points.

2.14.1.2 Renewal

(1) Single device renewal

Click the [Renew] button, select [Package Type] and [Duration], and click [Go to Pay] to pay for the points.

Single device renewal supports canceling packages of this type. Condition: The number of extension points that can be canceled is greater than or equal to the number of points in the package.

(2) Multiple devices renewal

Click [Batch Renew], select [Device], click [OK], select [Package Type] and [Duration], and click [Go to Pay] to pay for multiple device points.

2.14.1.2 Redemption code

The redemption code is a random string generated by the super administrator. During the redemption validity period, users can use the redemption code to redeem monitoring point points. Click the [Redemption Code] button, select the device, fill in the [Redemption Code], and click [Confirm], as shown in the figure below.

Note: A redemption code can only be used on one device, and the monitoring point type and point validity period are fixed settings of the redemption code, not selected by the user.

The redemption record contains all redemption operations of the current user, supports monitoring point type, device name and machine code/product code retrieval, as shown in the figure below.

2.13.1.3 Discount details

Users can enjoy more discounts when recharging/renewing. There are two types of discounts: discounts for full days and full prices, and the discounts can be superimposed. As shown in the figure below, users can enjoy a 25% discount for full 30 days and a 9.5% discount for full 100 yuan.

Note: When the number of days or prices are the same, users will be given discounts according to the lowest discount. As shown in the figure below, users can enjoy a 50% discount and a 25% discount for full 30 days. At this time, the lowest discount of 25% will be applied for full 30 days.

2.14.1.4 Points package details

Click the [View Details] button to display the points package records purchased by V-Box, including the information of each point package, purchase time, expiration time, etc. Click [Package Name] to view the renewal status of the current points package.

2.14.2 Order management

Supports querying orders for points packages and SMS packages. The current order details can be viewed in the order, providing users with [Pay] and [Cancel] operations. Cancelled orders can be [Deleted] by users, as shown in the figure below.

After clicking [Pay], you can scan the QR code to pay for the point package/SMS package.
