8 Disclaimer Regarding Product Warranty Period

Product failures or damage occurring within the warranty period due to the following reasons are not covered by the free warranty. We will provide paid repair services:

1. Damage caused by the user failing to operate the product according to the instruction manual.

2. Damage resulting from using the product beyond its technical specifications.

3. Product malfunction or damage caused by unauthorized repairs without WECON authorization, or unauthorized disassembly of the product or modification of its circuitry.

4. Product failure or damage caused by natural disasters such as earthquakes, fires, lightning strikes, abnormal voltages, or related factors.

5. Product failure or damage occurring during installation or transportation after purchase.

6. Product damage during return shipping due to failure to provide required protective measures as specified.

7. Missing, blurred, or altered product labels.

8. Product failure resulting from an unsuitable user environment.
