How to download NK file to the 8000CE series HMI?

  • restore NK file of 8000CE series HMI：

     1.  Please remove the HMI shell and confirm the HMI motherboard number(As shown in the picture below:7Inch_A8e_board_V2.1 )

  2.  Provide us with the motherboard number and we will send you the corresponding NK file. And copy the NK file to a USB flash or SD card.

  3. Open My Device

  4.Take USB flash as an example, into the USB flash and copy the NK file to ResidentFlash
