When I finish search the camera,why i can only see the camera IP, and can not see the camera S/N code?

If you only get camera IP after searching the camera.

It's mean the account and password are not correct.

For the camera (HIKVISION as example),the login in account and ONVIF account may not match.

Kindly check the ONVIF account first.

Use ONVIF test tool to check the username and password are correct.

Choose the ONVIF device on the left.

Enter the username and password,then click [Check]

If the username and password are correct,we can see the device information in the Lower right.
