COM1 422 can’t communicate.?

Check the communication cable and replace it;

Check whether there is a PLC problem (whether the RUN light is normal), and change a PLC for communication.

Check the serial port communication parameter setting (baud rate, etc.);

Check whether it is common use with COM1 422 or COM1 485.
