How to connect 3V module with 5V PLC?

1.For BD board:

BD board address will be changed in 5V as below

2.For Module 

5V are similar function with 3V to connect module.Please kindly check the (Point 10.5 Expansion module communication)

TO:

-[TO (s1) (s2) (s3) ( n)]

Write the data at the start ( n) point of the device specified in (s3) to the buffer memory in the intelligent function module specified in (s1) after the address specified in (s2).

FROM:

-[FROM (s1) (s2) (d) ( n)]

Read ( n) word data from the buffer memory specified in (s2) in the module specified in (s1), and store it in the device specified in (d) and later. Ladder
