- 1. Make sure the servo is using communication and set P12-04=1 (EEPROM). If the EEPROM has been used for more than the number of times it has been written to, the control board can only be replaced.
- 2. If the servo does not use communication or uses communication but does not set P12-04=1. Please try to upgrade the servo to the latest firmware version, clear the fault message P10-03=1, and re-power on the servo.
