How to check panel display 88888 problem?

The panel does not light up, display or blink 88888The main circuit input power supply error.

(1) Check whether main circuit input power supply wiring is loose.

(2) Check whether main circuit input power voltage is normal.

Encoder problem

If the servo panel blink"88888" or blink"88888" one by one, it might be caused by a problem with the motor encoder.

(1)Disconnect all the connecting wires and only connect the main power supply, and re-power on, to see whether the panel display Er.27?

(2) After 1 step if the servo is showing "Er27" normally. Try to replace a motor.

Servo hardware problem

Control board:

(1) Disconnect all the connecting wires and only connect the main power supply, and re-power on, to see whether the panel display Er.27?
(2) Check whether the servo can connect to the SCTOOL properly and the value of U2-4 firmware version/ U2-5 FPGA version.

It can not be restored after the repower, and the servo cannot be connected to the SCTOOL, needs to replace control board or kindly check Maintenance Suggestions.

If the servo is normally connected to the Sctool, try to write any parameters. If the parameters are written normally, and the control board is no problem.

 LED board problem:

(1)If you have completed the above steps and still cannot identify the cause of the problem, please remove the servo casing and check the solder joints on the LED board and control board for any cold solder joints or missed solder joints. If you find any problems, please contact us to replace the LED board.

 

The panel display NOT or POTForward and reverse prohibition function is enabled
