Why servo drive cannot communicate with SCTool?

Drive cannot connect to SCToolDriver installation failedCheck whether the corresponding port is generated in the device manager. If the unknow device is displayed, please install the driver manually.
Communication port selection error

(1) VD2 series use CN3 port and VD2F(need to set P12-05 as 0) series use CN3/CN4 port.
(2) Unplug the communication cable and select the correct port in SCTool.

Communication cable failure

(1) Check whether the wiring is correct according to the pin definition
(2) Check whether the communication cable is broken or the pins are loose.
(3) Change to a normal communication cable to check.

Drive errorIf you have troubleshooted the above issue, please change drives to check.
Display unknow device in SCToolSCTool version is too lowPlease download the newest software.
Function code displays blankDefault directory exceptionSwitch the STCool installation directory, such as drive D or drive E.
