Why servo drive cannot communicate with SCTool?

Drive cannot connect to SCTool | Driver installation failed | Check whether the corresponding port is generated in the device manager. If the unknow device is displayed, please install the driver manually. |
Communication port selection error | (1) VD2 series use CN3 port and VD2F(need to set P12-05 as 0) series use CN3/CN4 port. | |
Communication cable failure | (1) Check whether the wiring is correct according to the pin definition. | |
Drive error | If you have troubleshooted the above issue, please change drives to check. | |
Display unknow device in SCTool | SCTool version is too low | Please download the newest software. |
Function code displays blank | Default directory exception | Switch the STCool installation directory, such as drive D or drive E. |
