Essential Information for V-NET EU Server Upgrade?

  1. V-net V2.0 is not an iteration of V-net V1.0, and there may be differences in certain features and interfaces. Some data may not be transferable to the new V-net V2.0 platform. (For details, please refer to the Feature Comparison Table) Please remember to back up important data.

  2. The upgrade process was executed at 00:00 on December 10, 2025 (GMT+8) . Europe V-Net server has been successfully upgraded to Version 2.0

  3. After Upgrade, please ensure to use the updated software or same domain (https://eu.v-box.net) to access the V-net 2.0 platform and its devices.(Download link)

  4. On-site devices are gradually coming back online automatically. If your device was previously stable but remains offline for an extended period after the upgrade, we recommend trying the following:
    a) Manually restart the device;
    b) Reconfigure the device using the new version of the client.

  5. Additionally, we have cleaned some accounts that have not logged in for over 90 days and are not bound to any device at 00:00 (UTC+8) on November 20, 2025.
