How to drive multiple motors with VB inverter?

1.Control mode

F0.00=1. Only the V/F mode supports the connection of multiple motors with one inverter.

2.Motor specification

  • The connected motors need to be of the same power, and the sum of the power cannot exceed the power of the inverter.
  •  All motors need to be started and stopped at the same time (directly connected in parallel to the inverter output), and if there are contactors connected, all contactors need to be closed/separated together. Otherwise, it will cause overcurrent alarm due to sudden change of load.
  • It is necessary to calculate the current that the inverter can withstand. As an example, an inverter is connected to 5 motors of the same type 0.75kw.
  • current:5*Motor rating current.  And comparison of the calculated current value with the rated output current of the inverter. If the results are similar, amplify the power of the inverter
