How to troubleshoot the problem that the keyboard cannot be displayed?

  1. Check the connection between the keyboard and the control board.
    Remove the keyboard to see if the pins are aligned. If the pins are okay, connect the network cable to see if the keyboard works.

  2. Check if the cables between the control board and the power board are loose or fall off.
    The left is the power board, the right is the control board.

  3. Find another inverter to exchange the keyboard to see if the keyboard is damaged.
  4. If the keyboard is normal, find another inverter (the same model is not necessary, but there are certain requirements for power) exchange the control board to see if the control board is damaged.
  5. If the control board is normal, it is judged that the power board is damaged.
