VNZ200 does not display on power up?

Problematic phenomena

  • When the VNZ200 is connected to the power supply, the keypad of the inverter does not have any display.

Solution

  • Please provide VFD's label
  • Please use the multimeter to check input voltage, if it is normal.
  • Please use the multimeter to measure the 10V terminal of the inverter to confirm that 10V can be detected.

           If 10V can detect , the big reason is the control board problem, please try to replace the control board.
           If 10V cannot be detected, the big reason is the power board problem, please try to replace the power board.

  • If the inverter are 7.5/11kW and a new power board needs to be supplied, please remove the inverter case and take a full photo of the power board as shown.
