Why can't the motor rotate normally?

Motor doesn't rotateThe main circuit input power supply error.

(1) Check whether main circuit input power supply wiring is loose.

(2) Check whether main circuit input power voltage is normal.

Panel error

Check whether SCTool could connect with drive. If it ok, panel have question, check whether pannel pin is welded firmly. If is not ok, drive have question, please contact technical engineer.

Motor only rotate in one directionControl command didn't change direction

Please check whether control command changes the direction.

Direction pin burnedIf JOG function works normally when forward rotate and reverse rotate, direction pin burned, please contact technical engineer.
